IDEX reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 23, 2022.
In 2021, six IDEX executives received on average a compensation package of $2.6M, a 19% decrease compared to previous year.
Eric D. Ashleman, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.7M in total, which increased by 97% compared to 2020. 35% of Ashleman's compensation, or $2.3M, was in stock awards. Ashleman also received $1.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.9M in option awards, $900K in salary, as well as $179K in other compensation.

William K. Grogan, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.9M, which increased by 19% compared to previous year. 30% of the compensation package, or $848K, was in stock awards.
