IDT reported fiscal year 2009 executive compensation information on November 16, 2009.
In 2009, three IDT executives received on average a compensation package of $1.4M, which is about the same as previous year.
Howard S. Jonas, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.8M in total, which increased by 60% compared to 2008. 53% of Jonas' compensation, or $925K, was in bonus. Jonas also received $346K in salary, $481K in stock awards, as well as $3.2K in other compensation.
James A. Courter, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $1.5M, which decreased by 10% compared to previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $726K, was in stock awards.
Bill Pereira, Chief Financial Officer, earned $910K in 2009.
IDT's fiscal year ends on July 31.
