IDT reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on November 16, 2018.
In 2018, six IDT executives received on average a compensation package of $651K, a 57% decrease compared to previous year.
Bill Pereira, Chief Operating Officer, received $1.2M in total, which increased by 34% compared to 2017. 59% of Pereira's compensation, or $725K, was in bonus. Pereira also received $500K in salary and $10K in other compensation.
Shmuel Jonas, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $855K, which increased by 14% compared to previous year. 58% of the compensation package, or $495K, was in salary.
Menachem Ash, Executive Vice President of Strategy and Legal Affairs, earned $647K in 2018, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
Marcelo Fischer, Senior Vice President – Finance Principal Financial Officer, received $516K in 2018, which increases by 1% compared to 2017.
David Wartell, Chief Technology Officer, earned $381K in 2018.
Howard S. Jonas, Chairman, received $274K in 2018, which decreases by 94% compared to 2017.
IDT's fiscal year ends on July 31.
