IDT reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on November 8, 2019.
In 2019, four IDT executives received on average a compensation package of $888K, a 36% increase compared to previous year.
Shmuel Jonas, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.6M in total, which increased by 82% compared to 2018. 45% of Jonas' compensation, or $709K, was in stock awards. Jonas also received $355K in bonus and $495K in salary.
Bill Pereira, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $986K, which decreased by 20% compared to previous year. 51% of the compensation package, or $500K, was in salary.
Marcelo Fischer, Chief Financial Officer, earned $756K in 2019, a 46% increase compared to previous year.
Howard S. Jonas, Chairman, received $252K in 2019, which decreases by 8% compared to 2018.
IDT's fiscal year ends on July 31.
