IDT reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on November 12, 2021.
In 2021, four IDT executives received on average a compensation package of $790K, a 16% increase compared to previous year.
Shmuel Jonas, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.1M in total, which increased by 22% compared to 2020. 47% of Jonas' compensation, or $533K, was in bonus. Jonas also received $495K in salary and $117K in stock awards.
Bill Pereira, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $952K, which increased by 9% compared to previous year. 53% of the compensation package, or $500K, was in salary.
Marcelo Fischer, Chief Financial Officer, earned $695K in 2021, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Howard S. Jonas, Chairman, received $369K in 2021, which increases by 46% compared to 2020.
IDT's fiscal year ends on July 31.
