IDT reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on November 3, 2022.
In 2022, six IDT executives received on average a compensation package of $658K, a 17% decrease compared to previous year.
Shmuel Jonas, Chief Executive Officer, received $1M in total, which decreased by 10% compared to 2021. 48% of Jonas' compensation, or $495K, was in salary. Jonas also received $266K in bonus and $266K in stock awards.
Bill Pereira, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $952K, which is about the same as previous year. 53% of the compensation package, or $500K, was in salary.
Marcelo Fischer, Chief Financial Officer, earned $694K in 2022, which is about the same as previous year.
Menachem Ash, Executive Vice President of Strategy and Legal Affairs, received $572K in 2022.
David Wartell, Chief Technology Officer, earned $450K in 2022.
Howard S. Jonas, Chairman, received $252K in 2022, which decreases by 32% compared to 2021.
IDT's fiscal year ends on July 31.
