Illinois Tool Works reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 22, 2019.
In 2018, five executives at Illinois Tool Works received on average a compensation package of $6.7M, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
E. Scott Santi, Chief Executive Officer, received $18M in total, which increased by 3% compared to 2017. 33% of Santi's compensation, or $5.9M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Santi also received $2.1M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $5.5M in option awards, $1.3M in salary, $2.7M in stock awards, as well as $95K in other compensation.
Michael M. Larsen, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $4.9M, which decreased by 3% compared to previous year. 38% of the compensation package, or $1.8M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Christopher A. O'Herlihy, Chairman, earned $4.8M in 2018, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
Sundaram Nagarajan, Executive Vice President, received $3.2M in 2018, which increases by 2% compared to 2017.
Steven L. Martindale, Executive Vice President, earned $2.8M in 2018.
