Illumina reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 14, 2022.
In 2021, six Illumina executives received on average a compensation package of $9.1M, a 74% increase compared to previous year.
Robert Ragusa, Former Chief Operations Officer, received $23M in total. 82% of Ragusa's compensation, or $19M, was in stock awards. Ragusa also received $3.3M in bonus, $248K in non-equity incentive plan, $570K in salary, as well as $18K in other compensation.
