IMAX reported fiscal year 2012 executive compensation information on April 24, 2013.
In 2012, seven IMAX executives received on average a compensation package of $2.2M, a 19% increase compared to previous year.
Andrew Cripps, Executive Vice President & President, EMEA, IMAX International Sales Corporation, received $5M in total. 75% of Cripps' compensation, or $3.7M, was in option awards. Cripps also received $579K in bonus, $639K in salary, as well as $48K in other compensation.

Joseph Sparacio, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1M in 2012, a 14% decrease compared to previous year.
