IMAX CEO Greg Foster's 2013 pay jumps 119% to $3.3M

IMAX reported fiscal year 2013 executive compensation information on April 22, 2014.
In 2013, five IMAX executives received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 18% decrease compared to previous year.
Greg Foster, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.3M in total, which increased by 119% compared to 2012. 38% of Foster's compensation, or $1.3M, was in option awards. Foster also received $550K in bonus, $800K in salary, $540K in stock awards, as well as $161K in other compensation.
Richard L. Gelfond, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $1.7M, which decreased by 53% compared to previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $825K, was in bonus.
Mark Welton, President, IMAX Theatres, earned $1.3M in 2013, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Larry O'Reilly, Executive Vice President, Sales & President, Worldwide Sales, received $1.3M in 2013, which increases by 11% compared to 2012.
Joseph Sparacio, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.3M in 2013, a 24% increase compared to previous year.
