IMAX reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 27, 2022.
In 2021, six IMAX executives received on average a compensation package of $3.7M, a 16% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at IMAX
Richard L. Gelfond, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.1M in total, which increased by 31% compared to 2020. 65% of Gelfond's compensation, or $5.9M, was in stock awards. Gelfond also received $1.9M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in salary, as well as $81K in other compensation.
Megan Colligan, President, IMAX Entertainment and and Executive Vice President, received a compensation package of $4M, which increased by 55% compared to previous year. 46% of the compensation package, or $1.8M, was in stock awards.
Robert D. Lister, Chief Legal Officer, earned $3.1M in 2021, a 40% increase compared to previous year.
Mark Welton, President, IMAX Theatres, received $2.9M in 2021, which increases by 45% compared to 2020.
Patrick McClymont, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.2M in 2021, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
Joseph Sparacio, Chief Financial Officer, received $952K in 2021.
