EVINE Live reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on May 4, 2021.
In 2020, three EVINE Live executives received on average a compensation package of $1.2M, a 139% increase compared to previous year.
Timothy A. Peterman, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.6M in total, which increased by 160% compared to 2019. 50% of Peterman's compensation, or $1.3M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Peterman also received $650K in salary, $662K in stock awards, as well as $1.1K in other compensation.
Jean Sabatier, EVP and Chief Commerce Officer, received a compensation package of $610K, which increased by 118% compared to previous year. 49% of the compensation package, or $300K, was in salary.
James Spolar, General Counsel, earned $317K in 2020, a 62% increase compared to previous year.
EVINE Live's fiscal year ends on January 30.
