Immersion reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 30, 2019.
In 2018, four Immersion executives received on average a compensation package of $1.4M, a 130% increase compared to previous year.
Anne Marie Peters, General Counsel, received $1.9M in total, which increased by 147% compared to 2017. 55% of Peters' compensation, or $1.1M, was in stock awards. Peters also received $50K in bonus, $322K in non-equity incentive plan, $137K in option awards, as well as $360K in salary.
Nancy Erba, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.7M, which increased by 165% compared to previous year. 39% of the compensation package, or $674K, was in stock awards.
Carl Schlachte, Chief Executive Officer, earned $1.2M in 2018, a 237% increase compared to previous year.
Tom Lacey, Chief Executive Officer, received $622K in 2018.
