Immersion reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on November 17, 2021.
In 2020, five Immersion executives received on average a compensation package of $1.1M, a 4% increase compared to previous year.

Ramzi Haidamus, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.8M in total, which decreased by 64% compared to 2019. 32% of Haidamus' compensation, or $559K, was in option awards. Haidamus also received $412K in salary, $240K in stock awards, as well as $552K in other compensation.

Len Wood, Chief Financial Officer, earned $309K in 2020, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
