Immersion reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on March 2, 2023.
In 2022, four Immersion executives received on average a compensation package of $2.9M, a 585% increase compared to previous year.
Eric Singer, Chairman, received $6.9M in total, which increased by 781% compared to 2021. 80% of Singer's compensation, or $5.6M, was in stock awards. Singer also received $276K in bonus, $552K in non-equity incentive plan, as well as $553K in salary.
William Martin, Chief Strategy Officer, received a compensation package of $3.6M. 76% of the compensation package, or $2.8M, was in stock awards.
Francis Jose, Chief Executive Officer, earned $556K in 2022, a 40% increase compared to previous year.
Aaron Akerman, Chief Financial Officer, received $299K in 2022, which increases by 23% compared to 2021.
