ImmunoGen reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 28, 2021.
In 2020, five ImmunoGen executives received on average a compensation package of $2M, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Mark J. Enyedy, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.6M in total, which increased by 17% compared to 2019. 74% of Enyedy's compensation, or $3.4M, was in option awards. Enyedy also received $482K in non-equity incentive plan, $714K in salary, as well as $9.4K in other compensation.
Anna Berkenblit, Chief Medical Officer, received a compensation package of $1.6M, which decreased by 12% compared to previous year. 60% of the compensation package, or $958K, was in option awards.
Susan Altschuller, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.4M in 2020.
Stacy Coen, Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer, received $1.3M in 2020.
Theresa G. Wingrove, Senior Vice President, Regulatory Affairs and Quality, earned $1.3M in 2020, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
