Immunovant reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on June 26, 2023.
In 2023, three Immunovant executives received on average a compensation package of $3.3M, a 43% decrease compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at Immunovant
Peter Salzmann, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.8M in total, which decreased by 1% compared to 2022. 44% of Salzmann's compensation, or $2.5M, was in option awards. Salzmann also received $361K in bonus, $625K in salary, $2.3M in stock awards, as well as $38K in other compensation.
Eva Renee Barnett, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.1M, which decreased by 53% compared to previous year. 31% of the compensation package, or $636K, was in option awards.
William L. Macias, Chief Medical Officer, earned $1.9M in 2023, a 72% decrease compared to previous year.
Immunovant's fiscal year ends on March 31.
