IMPINJ reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 29, 2020.
In 2019, three IMPINJ executives received on average a compensation package of $2.9M, a 49% increase compared to previous year.
Chris Diorio, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.3M in total, which increased by 120% compared to 2018. 61% of Diorio's compensation, or $2.6M, was in stock awards. Diorio also received $1.3M in option awards, $373K in salary, as well as $4.4K in other compensation.
Eric Brodersen, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $2.3M, which increased by 26% compared to previous year. 58% of the compensation package, or $1.4M, was in stock awards.
Jeff Dossett, Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, earned $2M in 2019, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
