Celsion reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 29, 2019.
In 2018, four Celsion executives received on average a compensation package of $1.5M, a 92% increase compared to previous year.
Michael H. Tardugno, Chief Executive Officer, received $3M in total, which increased by 126% compared to 2017. 68% of Tardugno's compensation, or $2M, was in option awards. Tardugno also received $372K in non-equity incentive plan, $529K in salary, as well as $47K in other compensation.
Nicholas Borys, Chief Marketing Officer, received a compensation package of $1.2M, which increased by 86% compared to previous year. 51% of the compensation package, or $589K, was in option awards.
Jeffrey W. Church, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.1M in 2018, a 105% increase compared to previous year.
Khursheed Anwer, Chief Scientific Officer, received $667K in 2018, which increases by 11% compared to 2017.
