Celsion reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 28, 2022.
In 2021, four Celsion executives received on average a compensation package of $1.3M, a 48% increase compared to previous year.
Michael H. Tardugno, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.3M in total, which increased by 62% compared to 2020. 57% of Tardugno's compensation, or $1.3M, was in option awards. Tardugno also received $381K in non-equity incentive plan, $562K in salary, as well as $48K in other compensation.
Jeffrey W. Church, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.1M, which increased by 56% compared to previous year. 51% of the compensation package, or $559K, was in option awards.
Khursheed Anwer, Chief Scientific Officer, earned $1M in 2021, a 58% increase compared to previous year.
Nicholas Borys, Chief Marketing Officer, received $790K in 2021, which increases by 4% compared to 2020.
