Incyte reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on April 7, 2008.
In 2007, six Incyte executives received on average a compensation package of $1.1M, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Paul A. Friedman, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.8M in total, which increased by 1% compared to 2006. 35% of Friedman's compensation, or $648K, was in option awards. Friedman also received $613K in non-equity incentive plan, $565K in salary, as well as $7.1K in other compensation.
Brian W. Metcalf, Executive Vice President and Chief Drug Discovery Scientist, received a compensation package of $1M, which increased by 11% compared to previous year. 37% of the compensation package, or $383K, was in salary.
John A. Keller, Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer, earned $1M in 2007, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Patricia A. Schreck, General Counsel, received $870K in 2007, which increases by 10% compared to 2006.
David C. Hastings, Chief Financial Officer, earned $844K in 2007, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
Paula J. Swain, Executive Vice President, Human Resources, received $840K in 2007, which increases by 7% compared to 2006.
