Infinera reported fiscal year 2008 executive compensation information on April 27, 2009.
In 2008, five Infinera executives received on average a compensation package of $1.4M, a 52% increase compared to previous year.
Jagdeep Singh, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.1M in total, which increased by 61% compared to 2007. 86% of Singh's compensation, or $1.8M, was in option awards. Singh also received $298K in salary.
Duston M. Williams, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.4M, which increased by 65% compared to previous year. 80% of the compensation package, or $1.1M, was in option awards.
David F. Welch, Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer, earned $1.4M in 2008, a 97% increase compared to previous year.
Thomas J. Fallon, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.4M in 2008, which increases by 69% compared to 2007.
Scott A. Chandler, VP, Worldwide Sales, earned $942K in 2008, a 32% increase compared to previous year.
Infinera's fiscal year ends on December 25.
