Infinera reported fiscal year 2010 executive compensation information on April 1, 2011.
In 2010, seven Infinera executives received on average a compensation package of $1.4M, a 74% decrease compared to previous year.
Thomas J. Fallon, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.9M in total, which decreased by 76% compared to 2009. 44% of Fallon's compensation, or $827K, was in option awards. Fallon also received $750K in non-equity incentive plan and $300K in salary.
Jagdeep Singh, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $1.7M, which decreased by 73% compared to previous year. 90% of the compensation package, or $1.5M, was in option awards.
David F. Welch, Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer, earned $1.5M in 2010, a 68% decrease compared to previous year.
Ita M. Brennan, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.2M in 2010.
Duston M. Williams, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.2M in 2010, a 71% decrease compared to previous year.
Michael O. McCarthy III, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer, received $1.1M in 2010, which decreases by 66% compared to 2009.
Ronald D. Martin, former Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales, earned $941K in 2010.
Infinera's fiscal year ends on December 25.
