Infinera reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 1, 2022.
In 2021, four Infinera executives received on average a compensation package of $2.4M, a 24% increase compared to previous year.
David W. Heard, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.6M in total, which increased by 11% compared to 2020. 80% of Heard's compensation, or $3.7M, was in stock awards. Heard also received $200K in bonus, $700K in salary, as well as $4.7K in other compensation.
