Informatica reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 26, 2022.
In 2021, five executives at Informatica received on average a compensation package of $8.6M, a 57% increase compared to previous year.
Amit Walia, Chief Executive Officer, received $19M in total, which increased by 92% compared to 2020. 62% of Walia's compensation, or $12M, was in stock awards. Walia also received $919K in non-equity incentive plan, $5.8M in option awards, $684K in salary, as well as $44K in other compensation.
John Schweitzer, Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, received a compensation package of $9.1M. 60% of the compensation package, or $5.5M, was in option awards.
Ansa Sekharan, Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer, earned $5.1M in 2021, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
Eric Brown, Chief Financial Officer, received $4.8M in 2021, which increases by 51% compared to 2020.
Jitesh Ghai, Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer, earned $4.3M in 2021, a 25% increase compared to previous year.
