Information Services Group reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 18, 2022.
In 2021, four executives at Information Services Group received on average a compensation package of $2.4M, a 21% increase compared to previous year.
Michael P. Connors, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.2M in total, which increased by 60% compared to 2020. 38% of Connors' compensation, or $2M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Connors also received $500K in option awards, $850K in salary, $1.9M in stock awards, as well as $17K in other compensation.
Todd D. Lavieri, Chairman, received a compensation package of $1.8M, which increased by 17% compared to previous year. 42% of the compensation package, or $750K, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Humberto Alfonso, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.6M in 2021.
David E. Berger, Chief Financial Officer, received $761K in 2021, which decreases by 28% compared to 2020.
