Ingredion reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 7, 2022.
In 2021, six Ingredion executives received on average a compensation package of $4M, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
James P. Zallie, Chief Executive Officer, received $10M in total, which increased by 7% compared to 2020. 52% of Zallie's compensation, or $5.4M, was in stock awards. Zallie also received $329K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.6M in option awards, $1.1M in salary, as well as $211K in other compensation.

Jorgen Kokke, Executive Vice President, Specialties and President, Americas, received a compensation package of $3.3M, which increased by 46% compared to previous year. 45% of the compensation package, or $1.5M, was in stock awards.
James D. Gray, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.3M in 2021, a 28% increase compared to previous year.
Jeremy Xu, Chief Innovation Officer and President, Sweetener Specialties, received $2.7M in 2021.
Janet Bawcom, General Counsel, earned $2.1M in 2021, a 37% increase compared to previous year.
Eric Seip, Senior Vice President, Global Operations, received $2.1M in 2021.
