Innospec reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 19, 2021.
In 2020, five Innospec executives received on average a compensation package of $2.7M, a 28% increase compared to previous year.
Patrick S. Williams, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.5M in total, which increased by 23% compared to 2019. 34% of Williams' compensation, or $2.5M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Williams also received $500K in bonus, $849K in option awards, $1.2M in salary, $2.2M in stock awards, as well as $159K in other compensation.
