Innospec reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 18, 2022.
In 2021, five Innospec executives received on average a compensation package of $3.3M, a 24% increase compared to previous year.
Patrick S. Williams, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.9M in total, which increased by 33% compared to 2020. 35% of Williams' compensation, or $3.5M, was in option awards. Williams also received $2.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in salary, $2.7M in stock awards, as well as $98K in other compensation.
