INSMED reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 31, 2020.
In 2018, seven INSMED executives received on average a compensation package of $2.5M, a 35% increase compared to previous year.
William H. Lewis, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.9M in total, which increased by 37% compared to 2017. 59% of Lewis' compensation, or $3.5M, was in option awards. Lewis also received $622K in non-equity incentive plan, $610K in salary, $1.2M in stock awards, as well as $11K in other compensation.
Roger Adsett, Chief Commercial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.7M, which increased by 14% compared to previous year. 53% of the compensation package, or $1.4M, was in option awards.
Paul Streck, Chief Medical Officer, earned $2.2M in 2018, a 40% increase compared to previous year.
Christine Pellizzari, Chief Legal Officer, received $2M in 2018, which increases by 3% compared to 2017.
Paolo Tombesi, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2M in 2018, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
S. Nicole Schaeffer, Chief People Strategy Officer, received $1.9M in 2018, which increases by 7% compared to 2017.
John Goll, Former Principal Financial Officer, earned $764K in 2018, a 9% decrease compared to previous year.
