INSMED reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 31, 2020.
In 2019, seven INSMED executives received on average a compensation package of $2.6M, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
William H. Lewis, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.2M in total, which increased by 21% compared to 2018. 63% of Lewis' compensation, or $4.5M, was in option awards. Lewis also received $473K in non-equity incentive plan, $641K in salary, $1.5M in stock awards, as well as $62K in other compensation.
Roger Adsett, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $3.7M, which increased by 39% compared to previous year. 50% of the compensation package, or $1.9M, was in option awards.
Christine Pellizzari, Chief Legal Officer, earned $2.7M in 2019, a 33% increase compared to previous year.
S. Nicole Schaeffer, Chief People Strategy Officer, received $2.3M in 2019, which increases by 20% compared to 2018.
Paolo Tombesi, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.5M in 2019, a 25% decrease compared to previous year.
John Goll, Former Principal Financial Officer, received $832K in 2019, which increases by 9% compared to 2018.
Martina Flammer, Chief Medical Officer, earned $80K in 2019.
