INSMED reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 1, 2021.
In 2020, six INSMED executives received on average a compensation package of $3.4M, a 29% increase compared to previous year.
William H. Lewis, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.2M in total, which decreased by 14% compared to 2019. 61% of Lewis' compensation, or $3.7M, was in option awards. Lewis also received $515K in non-equity incentive plan, $660K in salary, $1.2M in stock awards, as well as $11K in other compensation.
Martina Flammer, Chief Medical Officer, received a compensation package of $3.9M, which increased by 4807% compared to previous year. 70% of the compensation package, or $2.7M, was in option awards.
Roger Adsett, Chief Operating Officer, earned $3.3M in 2020, a 12% decrease compared to previous year.
Christine Pellizzari, Chief Legal Officer, received $3.2M in 2020, which increases by 19% compared to 2019.
Sara Bonstein, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.7M in 2020.
John Goll, Interim Principal Financial Officer, received $1M in 2020, which increases by 22% compared to 2019.
