Insulet reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 12, 2019.
In 2018, five Insulet executives received on average a compensation package of $4M, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
Patrick J. Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer, received $10M in total, which increased by 26% compared to 2017.
Shacey Petrovic, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $3.7M, which is about the same as previous year. 55% of the compensation package, or $2M, was in stock awards.
Charles Alpuche, Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, earned $2.6M in 2018, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
Bret Christensen, Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, received $1.7M in 2018, which increases by 26% compared to 2017.
Michael L. Levitz, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.4M in 2018, a 11% decrease compared to previous year.
