Intapp reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on October 3, 2022.
In 2022, three Intapp executives received on average a compensation package of $847K, a 96% decrease compared to previous year.
John Hall, Chief Executive Officer, received $892K in total, which decreased by 97% compared to 2021. 51% of Hall's compensation, or $456K, was in salary. Hall also received $427K in non-equity incentive plan and $8.7K in other compensation.
Thad Jampol, Co-Founder, received a compensation package of $881K, which decreased by 94% compared to previous year. 50% of the compensation package, or $445K, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Don Coleman, Chief Operating Officer, earned $768K in 2022, a 94% decrease compared to previous year.
Intapp's fiscal year ends on June 30.
