Intel reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 29, 2021.
In 2018, six Intel executives received on average a compensation package of $15M, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
Brian M. Krzanich, Chief Executive Officer, received $18M in total, which decreased by 16% compared to 2017. 85% of Krzanich's compensation, or $15M, was in stock awards. Krzanich also received $42K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $57K in non-equity incentive plan, $694K in salary, as well as $1.9M in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2018, the median employee pay was $106,900 at Intel. Therefore, the ratio of Brian M. Krzanich's pay to the median employee pay was 169 to one.
Robert H. Swan, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $17M, which increased by 50% compared to previous year. 65% of the compensation package, or $11M, was in stock awards.
Steven R. Rodgers, General Counsel, earned $16M in 2018.
Venkata S.M. Renduchintala, Former Executive Vice President Group President, Technology, Systems Architectureand Client Group, and Chief Engineering Officer, received $13M in 2018.
Venkata Murthy Renduchintala, Group President, earned $13M in 2018, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
Navin Shenoy, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Data Center Group, received $10M in 2018, which decreases by 32% compared to 2017.
Intel's fiscal year ends on December 28.
