Intel reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 29, 2021.
In 2020, six Intel executives received on average a compensation package of $13M, a 51% decrease compared to previous year.
Robert H. Swan, Chief Executive Officer, received $22M in total, which decreased by 67% compared to 2019. 75% of Swan's compensation, or $17M, was in stock awards. Swan also received $3.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.3M in salary, as well as $541K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2020, the median employee pay was $103,300 at Intel. Therefore, the ratio of Robert H. Swan's pay to the median employee pay was 217 to one.
Venkata S.M. Renduchintala, Former Executive Vice President Group President, Technology, Systems Architectureand Client Group, and Chief Engineering Officer, received a compensation package of $12M, which decreased by 55% compared to previous year. 72% of the compensation package, or $8.7M, was in stock awards.
Navin Shenoy, Executive Vice President General Manager , Data Platforms Group, earned $12M in 2020, a 54% decrease compared to previous year.
George S. Davis, Chief Financial Officer, received $11M in 2020, which decreases by 63% compared to 2019.
Steven R. Rodgers, General Counsel, earned $10M in 2020, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
Gregory Bryant, Executive Vice President General Manager , Client Computing Group, received $9.8M in 2020, which decreases by 29% compared to 2019.
Intel's fiscal year ends on December 28.
