Interface reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 7, 2021.
In 2020, six Interface executives received on average a compensation package of $1.3M, a 27% decrease compared to previous year.
Daniel T. Hendrix, Chief Executive Officer, received $4M in total. 47% of Hendrix's compensation, or $1.9M, was of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings. Hendrix also received $888K in salary, $1M in stock awards, as well as $267K in other compensation.
Bruce A. Hausmann, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.2M, which decreased by 25% compared to previous year. 58% of the compensation package, or $688K, was in stock awards.
Nigel Stansfield, Vice President Division President, earned $1M in 2020, a 17% decrease compared to previous year.
David B. Foshee, General Counsel, received $925K in 2020, which decreases by 16% compared to 2019.
James Poppens, Vice President Division President, earned $559K in 2020.
Jay D. Gould, Chief Executive Officer, received $128K in 2020, which decreases by 96% compared to 2019.
