INTEVAC reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on April 2, 2008.
In 2007, seven INTEVAC executives received on average a compensation package of $692K, a 24% decrease compared to previous year.
Kevin Fairbairn, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.6M in total, which decreased by 25% compared to 2006. 42% of Fairbairn's compensation, or $677K, was in non-equity incentive plan. Fairbairn also received $492K in option awards, $440K in salary, as well as $6.3K in other compensation.
Michael Barnes, Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer, received a compensation package of $790K, which decreased by 30% compared to previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $378K, was in option awards.
Joseph Pietras, Executive Vice President General Manager, Intevac Photonics, earned $624K in 2007, a 110% increase compared to previous year.
Luke Marusiak, Chief Operating Officer, received $570K in 2007, which decreases by 11% compared to 2006.
Ralph Kerns, Vice President Business Development, earned $490K in 2007, a 21% decrease compared to previous year.
Jeffrey Andreson, Chief Financial Officer, received $424K in 2007.
Charles B. Eddy III, Chief Financial Officer, earned $328K in 2007, a 49% decrease compared to previous year.
