INTEVAC reported fiscal year 2008 executive compensation information on April 2, 2009.
In 2008, seven INTEVAC executives received on average a compensation package of $501K, a 28% decrease compared to previous year.
Kevin Fairbairn, Chief Executive Officer, received $919K in total, which decreased by 43% compared to 2007. 51% of Fairbairn's compensation, or $465K, was in salary. Fairbairn also received $452K in option awards and $2K in other compensation.
Michael Barnes, Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer, received a compensation package of $592K, which decreased by 25% compared to previous year. 53% of the compensation package, or $314K, was in option awards.
Jeffrey Andreson, Chief Financial Officer, earned $411K in 2008, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
Michael Russak, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Hard Disk Equipment Products, received $407K in 2008.
Joseph Pietras, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Intevac Photonics, earned $406K in 2008, a 35% decrease compared to previous year.
Luke Marusiak, Chief Operating Officer, received $398K in 2008, which decreases by 30% compared to 2007.
Ralph Kerns, Vice President Business Development, earned $377K in 2008, a 23% decrease compared to previous year.
