Intuit reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on November 21, 2018.
In 2018, six Intuit executives received on average a compensation package of $9.7M, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
Brad D. Smith, Chief Executive Officer, received $21M in total, which increased by 29% compared to 2017. 61% of Smith's compensation, or $13M, was in stock awards. Smith also received $2.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $4.5M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $655K in other compensation.
Sasan K. Goodarzi, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Small Business Self-Employed Group, received a compensation package of $13M, which increased by 35% compared to previous year. 65% of the compensation package, or $8.2M, was in stock awards.
Michelle M. Clatterbuck, Chief Financial Officer, earned $9.3M in 2018.
H. Tayloe Stansbury, Chief Technology Officer, received $7.5M in 2018, which increases by 9% compared to 2017.
Laura A. Fennell, Executive Vice President and Chief People and Places Officer, earned $7.5M in 2018.
R. Neil Williams, Chief Financial Officer, received $463K in 2018, which decreases by 93% compared to 2017.
Intuit's fiscal year ends on July 31.
