Intuit reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on November 27, 2019.
In 2019, six Intuit executives received on average a compensation package of $12M, a 22% increase compared to previous year.
Sasan K. Goodarzi, Chief Executive Officer, received $18M in total, which increased by 38% compared to 2018. 64% of Goodarzi's compensation, or $11M, was in stock awards. Goodarzi also received $1.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $4M in option awards, $911K in salary, as well as $10K in other compensation.
Brad D. Smith, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $14M, which decreased by 35% compared to previous year. 68% of the compensation package, or $9.3M, was in stock awards.
J. Alexander Chriss, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Small Business & Self-Employed Group, earned $12M in 2019.
Gregory N. Johnson, Executive Vice President, and General Manager, Consumer Group, received $10M in 2019.
Michelle M. Clatterbuck, Chief Financial Officer, earned $8.7M in 2019, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
Laura A. Fennell, Executive Vice President and Chief People & Places Officer, received $8.5M in 2019, which increases by 14% compared to 2018.
Intuit's fiscal year ends on July 31.
