Intuit reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on November 23, 2022.
In 2022, five Intuit executives received on average a compensation package of $16M, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
Sasan K. Goodarzi, Chief Executive Officer, received $27M in total, which increased by 9% compared to 2021. 64% of Goodarzi's compensation, or $17M, was in stock awards. Goodarzi also received $2.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $6.4M in option awards, $1.1M in salary, as well as $10K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2022, the median employee pay was $203,814 at Intuit. Therefore, the ratio of Sasan K. Goodarzi's pay to the median employee pay was 133 to one.
J. Alexander Chriss, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Small Business and Self-Employed Group, received a compensation package of $14M, which increased by 11% compared to previous year. 68% of the compensation package, or $9.5M, was in stock awards.
Laura A. Fennell, Executive Vice President and Chief People & Places Officer, earned $14M in 2022, a 38% increase compared to previous year.
Marianna Tessel, Chief Technology Officer, received $14M in 2022, which increases by 10% compared to 2021.
Michelle M. Clatterbuck, Chief Financial Officer, earned $12M in 2022, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Intuit's fiscal year ends on July 31.
