Invesco reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 26, 2021.
In 2020, six Invesco executives received on average a compensation package of $5.6M, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
Martin L. Flanagan, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 2% compared to 2019. 66% of Flanagan's compensation, or $7.8M, was in stock awards. Flanagan also received $3.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $790K in salary, as well as $108K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2020, the median employee pay was $150,082 at Invesco. Therefore, the ratio of Martin L. Flanagan's pay to the median employee pay was 78 to one.
Gregory G. McGreevey, Senior Managing Director, Investments, received a compensation package of $5.9M, which increased by 10% compared to previous year. 60% of the compensation package, or $3.5M, was in stock awards.
Andrew R. Schlossberg, Senior Managing Director, Head of the Americas, earned $4.9M in 2020, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Andrew T.S. Lo, Senior Managing Director and Head of Invesco Asia Pacific, received $4.9M in 2020, which increases by 5% compared to 2019.
Loren M. Starr, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.4M in 2020, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
L. Allison Dukes, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.9M in 2020.
