Invesco reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 25, 2022.
In 2021, five Invesco executives received on average a compensation package of $6.8M, a 21% increase compared to previous year.
Martin L. Flanagan, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which increased by 10% compared to 2020. 56% of Flanagan's compensation, or $7.2M, was in stock awards. Flanagan also received $4.8M in non-equity incentive plan, $790K in salary, as well as $91K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2021, the median employee pay was $187,854 at Invesco. Therefore, the ratio of Martin L. Flanagan's pay to the median employee pay was 69 to one.
Gregory G. McGreevey, Senior Managing Director, Investments, received a compensation package of $6.4M, which increased by 10% compared to previous year. 49% of the compensation package, or $3.1M, was in stock awards.
Andrew T.S. Lo, Senior Managing Director and Head of Asia Pacific, earned $5.6M in 2021, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
Andrew R. Schlossberg, Senior Managing Director, Head of the Americas, received $5.1M in 2021, which increases by 4% compared to 2020.
L. Allison Dukes, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.8M in 2021, a 32% increase compared to previous year.
