Invitae reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 30, 2019.
In 2018, four Invitae executives received on average a compensation package of $1.7M, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at Invitae
Sean E. George, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.2M in total, which decreased by 37% compared to 2017. 41% of George's compensation, or $925K, was in option awards. George also received $500K in salary and $808K in stock awards.
Katherine A. Stueland, Chief Commercial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.5M. 76% of the compensation package, or $1.1M, was in stock awards.
Lee Bendekgey, Chief Operating Officer, earned $1.5M in 2018, a 61% increase compared to previous year.
Shelly D. Guyer, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.4M in 2018, which increases by 17% compared to 2017.
