Invitae reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 29, 2020.
In 2019, five Invitae executives received on average a compensation package of $3.5M, a 113% increase compared to previous year.

Sean E. George, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.5M in total, which increased by 146% compared to 2018. 49% of George's compensation, or $2.7M, was in stock awards. George also received $167K in non-equity incentive plan, $2.1M in option awards, as well as $500K in salary.
Shelly D. Guyer, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.1M, which increased by 113% compared to previous year. 81% of the compensation package, or $2.5M, was in stock awards.
Lee Bendekgey, Chief Operating Officer, earned $3.1M in 2019, a 107% increase compared to previous year.
Katherine A. Stueland, Chief Commercial Officer, received $3M in 2019, which increases by 105% compared to 2018.
Robert L. Nussbaum, Chief Medical Officer, earned $3M in 2019.
