Invivyd reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 10, 2023.
In 2022, five Invivyd executives received on average a compensation package of $3.5M, a 80% decrease compared to previous year.
David Hering, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.3M in total, which decreased by 14% compared to 2021. 90% of Hering's compensation, or $8.4M, was in option awards. Hering also received $342K in non-equity incentive plan, $579K in salary, as well as $11K in other compensation.

Rebecca Dabora, Former Chief Technology and Manufacturing Officer, received $1.5M in 2022.
Tillman U. Gerngross, Chief Executive Officer, earned $866K in 2022, a 97% decrease compared to previous year.
