In 2023, three Invivyd executives received on average a compensation package of $2.6M, a 25% decrease compared to previous year.

David Hering, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.7M in total, which decreased by 61% compared to 2022. 56% of Hering's compensation, or $2M, was in option awards. Hering also received $900K in non-equity incentive plan, $600K in salary, as well as $120K in other compensation.
Jill Andersen, Chief Legal Officer, received a compensation package of $2.1M, which decreased by 46% compared to previous year. 55% of the compensation package, or $1.2M, was in option awards.
Robert Allen, Chief Scientific Officer, earned $2M in 2023.
