IonQ reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 25, 2024.
In 2022, five IonQ executives received on average a compensation package of $5.1M, a 26% decrease compared to previous year.
Peter Chapman, Chief Executive Officer, received $8M in total, which increased by 2,090% compared to 2021. 45% of Chapman's compensation, or $3.6M, was in stock awards. Chapman also received $368K in bonus, $3.6M in option awards, $380K in salary, as well as $15K in other compensation.
Rima Alameddine, Chief Revenue Officer, received a compensation package of $6.7M. 50% of the compensation package, or $3.3M, was in stock awards.
Laurie Babinski, General Counsel, earned $5M in 2022.
Thomas Kramer, Chief Financial Officer, received $3M in 2022, which decreases by 82% compared to 2021.
Jungsang Kim, Chief Technology Officer, earned $3M in 2022, a 9% decrease compared to previous year.
