IonQ reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on April 25, 2024.
In 2023, five IonQ executives received on average a compensation package of $6.4M, a 25% increase compared to previous year.
Jungsang Kim, Chief Technology Officer, received $9.3M in total, which increased by 214% compared to 2022. 95% of Kim's compensation, or $8.8M, was in stock awards. Kim also received $1K in bonus, $90K in non-equity incentive plan, $361K in salary, as well as $100 in other compensation.
Thomas Kramer, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $8.8M, which increased by 189% compared to previous year. 93% of the compensation package, or $8.2M, was in stock awards.
Rima Alameddine, Chief Revenue Officer, earned $6.7M in 2023, which is about the same as previous year.
Christopher Monroe, former Chief Scientist, received $6M in 2023.
Peter Chapman, Chief Executive Officer, earned $1.3M in 2023, a 83% decrease compared to previous year.
